For small marketing agencies
Send one link. Get the yes in writing.
Greenlight Pad is how a small agency gets client approvals. One link per round, opened on a phone, no login. The client decides, the link expires, and you keep the record.

You know this thread.
You send the round as a PDF. The client writes "looks good" and you're not sure they opened it. The change request arrives as a screenshot of a screenshot. The link you sent in March still works in September. And once, a client opened the file and read the notes you'd left for your designer.
Some rounds you build a web page by hand just so they can see the work properly. Then you do it again next month.
One tool. Five links.
Campaign pack review
The whole round, item by item. For each one the client picks a button: approve it, approve it with a change, or cut it.
Site sign-off
The preview opens in a new tab. Approve, or say what to change.
Intake
The onboarding questionnaire, with a logo and up to four more files. It saves as they type, so they can come back.
Setup guide
A checklist of the account setup a new client does inside HighLevel: connect Google, Facebook and Instagram, confirm hours, and the rest. Each step has a one-line why and a button that opens the right screen. The guide keeps track of what is done.
Feedback
A rating, a few sentences, a permission line, and a button to post it on Google.
Each one under your name, your logo, your color.
See what your clients see

A round in four beats.
You create the link in your admin and send it the way you send things today.
The client opens it on their phone. Your name, your logo, the work, three choices per item.
They press Send. You get every decision and a plain-text transcript. If you use HighLevel, a copy lands there too.
The link dies on its own. The client has fourteen days to decide. If they ask for changes, their clock stops and you get seven days to make them.
You keep the record. HighLevel gets a copy.
Every press writes a submission and a transcript, and nobody edits either afterwards. The newest decisions on any link can be pulled into any other tool you use. Each event posts to your HighLevel webhook: link sent, answers submitted, changes requested, approved, round two ready, link expired. Your texts and emails still go out from HighLevel. This tool sends none.
Built by an agency that got tired of building review pages.
Six20AM made Greenlight Pad for its own clients, then ran Motus Mission, the second agency it operates, on the same install. Your clients see your name, your logo, your color. They never see ours.
Why we built itBring one real round to the call.
Thirty minutes. We run your round through the tool while you watch, and talk price at the end.
