Why an agency built this.
Six20AM is a marketing agency. This is the tool we wished someone had sold us.
The rounds before
Approvals lived in PDFs, email and HighLevel. Every campaign round meant a review page built by hand, for one client. The links never died. Files sat loose. And a client could open a file and find the notes we had written for ourselves.
What we wanted
A link we could send that would open on a phone, show the work under our own name, take a decision, and then stop existing. A record nobody could edit afterwards, so we could trust it. A copy in HighLevel so the workflow could carry on from there. And one tool for both agencies we run, with each client seeing only the brand they belong to.
What we built
Greenlight Pad. Five kinds of link, one admin, one record. It went live on September 20, 2026 and runs Six20AM and Motus Mission, the second agency we operate, on one install. We built it ourselves with AI tools, one piece at a time, and tested each piece on a phone before starting the next.
The name: a greenlight is a yes. A pad is where you write it down.
What it is not
It is not a client portal. There are no client logins and no passwords to reset. It is not a chat tool. It does not send texts or emails; HighLevel does. It does not post reviews to Google; it opens the door and the client walks through. It does not replace your project management. It replaces the review page you build by hand and the email thread you dig through afterwards.
